Ground Breaking Ceremony 4 Dec 2023
The ground breaking ceremony of site formation and infrastructure work for ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site was held on 4 December 2023, marking the official commencement of the construction and the milestone of the development of the ex-Cha Kwo Lin mine site.
The ceremony was officiated by Mr. CHAN Ping Wa, Edmund, DPM(S) of Civil Engineering and Development Department, and joined by management members of contractor and consultant companies.
