Construction has started from 31 July and is anticipated to be completed in year 2027

Are the works going to be very noisy?

Site formation including rock breaking is to be carried out between November 2024 and Year 2026 with environment protection method. Noise impact monitoring will be conducted during the works to control the noise and make sure the noise is within the limited level and complied with guidelines.

What are the development plan after the site formation?

A public housing development will be carried out after the site formation.
